Ideal as an aperitif or liqueur Excellent with chocolate desserts and specialities, bitter chocolate, vanilla ice cream and the typical hazelnut cake of Piedmont.

COLOUR
intense ruby red with orange tones.

TASTE
a touch of red fruits completed with spicy hints and
aromas of the essences. In the mouth, the bitter impact of the chinaroot, countered by the sweetness of the sugar with a bitterish aftertaste.

BOUQUET
clean, intense, full, with a touch of withered flowers,
spices, dry leaves and the undergrowth.
