GENNAIOLO di S. MARTINO Monferrato Rosso D.o.c.

A wine obtained from grapes specially selected from
our area. We start producing it around 11th November (the feast day of San Martino diTours) and finish towards the end of December.
Perfect with pasta or meat/fish dishes, or with snacks. The recommended temperature for serving is 17-19°C. Generosity and cheerfulness: two characteristics of wine in general and Gennaiolo in particular.
